This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking, progressive veterinary business. We are recruiting for a Customer Services Manager at our Worthing Hospital and Brighton branch. These are both full time roles 40hrs p/wk.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a customer focused role, be confident, a people person and natural leader.
You will be happy to work as part of a rota and have an understanding of managing shift patterns.

Grove Lodge are currently looking for Receptionists to join our busy Veterinary Hospital and 6 branches between Worthing & Brighton. The successful candidates will have experience in a similar environment. It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and have a calm and sensitive approach.
You will be the first point of contact for all clients entering the practice, you will be responsible for booking and confirming appointments on the in house computer system. Customer service is very important in this role, you must be confident in managing difficult situations with all clients, answering incoming calls and assisting customer queries. Money handling and general administration duties.
