Helen Brown

Helen is one of our Clinical Directors and more senior vets! She graduated from Glasgow University in 1994. After a brief spell in mixed practice, where she discovered her passion for small animal medicine and surgery, she joined Grove Lodge in 1995, and has been at the practice ever since.

Helen is highly experienced and enjoys all aspects of veterinary work as well as having a particularly interest in soft tissue surgery, laparoscopic surgery and veterinary dentistry. She enjoys coaching, teaching and supporting, as well as learning from some of the younger vets as they continue to develop their clinical and surgical skills. When not at work, Helen enjoys time spent with her family, and her extremely handsome horse called Alex!
