If your pet is on regular medication, as well as using our online form, you can call your nearest branch to request a repeat supply.
For this service, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow the vet time to check your pet's history and then prepare the label and medication. Please try to ensure you do not run out before you request more.
If your pet has not been seen by a vet for 6 months, they will need to have a medication check to ensure they are still on the correct medication and dose and are continuing to do well. This will be the cost of a normal standard consultation.
Requesting medication at the last minute results in extra work for the reception team and vet, which then results in the vet running behind with consultations and/or procedures. If you run out of medication and cannot wait 24 hours, we will charge an Emergency Dispense Fee of £6.
